My lunch and my afternoon fruit salad. During hot weather fruits are the perfect source of water and they fill up your tummy.Can you tell what fruits are and what is it in my meal?

The kids were eating crunchy Cheetos... And, although I could have eaten Cheetos (an old favorite), I opted for carrots - they are orange and crunchy. Same thing, right?!?

This new nutrition program is SO EASY!!!!!! I am not known for my kitchen skills nor do I make pretty food... SO??!! This is what works for ME... I didn't cook it for you🤣🤣 My point is... follow the principles & ANYTHING GOES!!! The principles make it so easy to make it your new way of life with food!! It shouldn't be hard to eat healthier... some parts will feel like it but the longer you're eating healthier you will start to notice that you don't want those "treats" as much!!! It's a no brainer!!! What is this in the pic you ask??? It's a whole lotta veggies... I have eaten every single veggie in here in another form so I thought, why not put it all in the same dish & see how it turns out!! After all! I like ALL the ingredients!!! So we have cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, zucchini, spinach, kale, cabbage, chicken, all cooked together with a little salad dressing as seasoning, topped with cherry tomatoes. IT WAS AWESOME!!! #veggiesmost!!!!

Found this unsweetened Canadian cranberry juice, mixed it with some orange juice n water to dilute the sourness, the regular cranberry juice is generally sweetened with a lot of white sugar which does more harm than good.
A dash of ginger and some basil seeds to this and it made a super start to the day.
