Ive already banged on how important Garlic and Ginger are for the body and so I try to drink it at least once a day or I put it in my foods. .

Garlic and Ginger and both anti-inflammatory. Anything in your body that is inflammed garlic more than ginger will do the trick. I drink a lot of ginger when i have a chesty cough or a flu for the antimicrobial and anti oxidant effects it gives me. I always always always tell my clients before anything else to try ginger and garlic for 2 days before going to the doctor for prescribed medicine..

Cous cous salad ingredients - cous cous, red onion, red peppar, coriander, garlic, beetroot and spinach. Seasoned with jerk seasoning ( yes I know, but I just gave you a secret ingredient there). .

Chicken ingredients - Red Onion, Garlic cloves (4 to 5), Ginger grated ( 2 roots, depending on size) , coriander. This was marinated and stuffed with these ingredients. Seasoned with Island chicken seasoning, maggi, 7 spices, thyme and yup thats it😉. .

“I’d pay for this at a restaurant,” Andy said while eating dinner tonight.
