Restaurant: Sukhothai Dish: Gaeng Phed w/Shrimps Service: Good. The service was a bit slow but manageable. Review: The red curry was put together really well. It had squash in it which I'm usually not a fan of but they pulled it off. The shrimp was so juicy and cooked just right. It comes with a bowl of white jasmine rice on the side. Overall the best curry dish selection on the menu. Rating: 8/10
Restaurant: Sukhothai Dish: Pad Kee Mao w/Chicken Service: Good. The service was a bit slow but manageable. Review: This dish has mushrooms, red/green peppers, and egg. It's a good authentic Thai dish. It just seemed liked it had a strong distinct taste of a certain spice which sort of empowered the taste. I usually get the Pad Thai so this was a good change. Rating: 8/10
Restaurant: Sukhothai Dish: Thai Fried Rice w/Chicken Service: Good. The service was a bit slow but manageable. Review: My favorite dish! The ingredients are so fresh and it is so flavorful that you can eat it just by itself. You can choose your spice level so I got the medium. It had a bit of a kick but I could've probably gone with spicy to fire it up. Highly recommended this dish. Rating: 10/10
Restaurant: Sukhothai Appetizer: Crispy Shrimp Rolls Service: Good. The service was a bit slow but manageable. Review: The shrimp was fried to perfection. They marinate the shrimp prior to rolling it. Each bit is bursting with flavor. It was not very oily. Great starter! Rating: 9/10
