Sunday Brunch game: I was inspired @darlingberna posting for Turkish Cilbir. It is home made gluten free fake bread with Greek yogur + paprika and garlic powder, pouched egg with brown almond butter. I’m so proud of myself!!! Mainly for 2 reasons: after days of admiring app platters, I was able to make this for our friends #Eid party (took 1.5 hours of meticulous hand work) and I managed to get a half decent #flatlaystyle photograph from my phone, using natural light with no extra effort. .
As a family, we are big on platter and bowl eating and if you practice (think creatively) enough... you can use pretty much everything in your refrigerator and reducing food wastage by a mile. (Experimentation of flavors is far ranging so tread carefully) .
