🍄Cooking oil / as needed
🍄2 cups-Chopped spinach
🍄2-Minced garlic cloves
🍄3 ounces-reduced fat cream cheese
🍄3 tablespoons-grated Parmesan
🍄Flavorgod Cajun seasoning
💯set oven to 375* degrees
💯brush mushrooms clean, and fine chop mushroom.
💯add oil to hot skillet and sauté the chopped mushrooms along with spinach, cream cheese ,Flavorgod Cajun seasoning and minced garlic.
💯stuff the inside of each mushroom cap with the spinach dip mix.
💯sprinkle top of each mushroom cap with Parmesan cheese
💯bake in the oven at 375* for 15 minutes.
💯sprinkle with a touch of Flavorgod Cajun seasoning, enjoy!
*I brush the mushrooms clean instead of wash with water, as mushrooms tend to soak up moisture.
