🇹🇭Thai Green Curry Chicken! In Tube Form!🇹🇭
Well, it's with a heavy heart that post this picture. A meal using up the last of the @fugemeat sausage I had in the freezer from this year's market season.
Aside from the Balkan Feta Beef Brat that Steve is slingin', the Thai Green Curry Chicken Sausage, seen here, might be the one I like most from him. And hey Steve, it's got the approval from Brunei, so you're clearly doing something right!
And yeah, yeah, my green curry shoulda had egg plant and bamboo shoots. But my fridge only had home made green curry paste, bell peppers and carrots.
Cooked down a bunch of onions, garlic, ginger and a few chilies before the veg went in.
And, oh, I served it all on top of some roasted nugget potatoes, instead of jasmine rice. Here's the thing, while my dinner is in no way traditional, it's super local, and damn delicious.
And isn't that what it's really all about?
