Honestly why do we REQUIRE to eat complete?
This is a balanced meal.. Including -Califlower mashed potatoes Cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K, folate and magnesium.
-Fresh locally grown green beans - It is also a good source of Protein, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Copper, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate and Manganese - wild caught sea scallops sautéed in lemon and garlic. Scallops are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which promote heart health and help lower your cholesterol. Essential vitamins and minerals in scallops include selenium, phosphorous, iron, vitamin B12 and calcium.
And lastly a bed of kale and spinach! Which includes sources or iron, vitamin E, vitamins K, calcium and magnesium.

Kale - I bring her everywhere I go. How hydrating and nourishing is my green queen....oh let me count the ways... one time I rode 42 miles, through all 5 boroughs of NYC, and all I ate or drank was this bunch of kale. You shouldn't try this, but keep eating kale.
