Si la síntesis de proteínas es igual o menor que la masa muscular que se utiliza como energía, se produce lo que se denomina balance de nitrógeno negativo, debido por la falta de suministro energético necesario, pero inducido a la par por nosotros mismos, debido a nuestro objetivo de eliminar la máxima grasa posible. En este contexto cobran vital importancia la suplementación mediante BCAAs.

Pese a que pudiera parecer una estrategia más parecida a un atleta profesional, lo cierto es que si tenemos que entrenar nada más levantarnos, la suplementación con BCAAs antes de realizar el ejercicio en ayunas, puede suponer un beneficio, sobre todo, si nuestra actividad va a ser de una intensidad considerable. Lógicamente, si vamos a ir a paso ligero, ni nos lo planteamos; sin embargo, realizar una sesión de Hiit en ayunas, sí puede tener relevancia el uso de los aminoácidos, reflejándose notablemente en le mejora de la composición…
