This morning’s breakfast! I haven’t posted as much food so trying to incorporate that too! .

I’ve been exploring new options to switch up my meals so I don’t get burnt out. .

What are some of your favorite healthy breakfasts?

After a week off of the gym because I my nieces were visiting, it was really great to be back today! And work up to a solid round of 6 deadlifts @ 135# with good form! And since I ate like a toddler last week, adding the @Arbonne body cleanse today felt amazing.

Enjoyed training with this beast today! He’s the calmest torturer I know lol! It was nice catching up. Thanks for the sweat @forcefitnesspt! Second workout of the day. 😁
