Hey loves, I completed my run...but not as good as I would have liked.
I did run the first 3 run segments to completion. The run times were 3, 5, 3. But the last 5 minute run I really struggled. I think I got dehydrated. My ears began to feel muffled and just kinda not right. So I do think i was becoming dehydrated. So I walked most of the final 5 minute run.
I will continue with this weeks running schedule until I can complete the entire workout.
