Pure hardcore intensity went into everything i did! No bullshit farting around. If you aren't totally wrecked after a leg day, you didn't go hard enough. Pretty simple.

Recentemente saiu um estudo mostrando dados sobre comer alimentos e outras fontes de proteínas no pós treino. Jovens participaram do estudo e consumiram 160g de carne vermelha ou 350 ml de Leite imediatamente após um treino intenso de musculação. O bife teve uma absorção mais rápida do que o leite, porém durante o período de 0 a 5 horas, tanto o leite, quanto o bife estimularam de forma significativa e eficaz as taxas de síntese proteica muscular sem diferença entre eles mostrando que um bom prato de comida também funciona no pós treino. Claro... nem todos têm possibilidade (tempo..por motivos profissionais etc..) de tomar um wheyzinho caprichado no pós treino, eu mesmo tomo por praticidade...mas esse estudo serviu pra confirmar que é possível ter resultados comendo COMIDAAA e gastando o mínimo possível com suplemento.(Por experiencia pr&o acute;prio psso assegurar que a maioria é puro marketing...) I learned all about my weaknesses, shined light on what needs full on attention (read: everything) - but I also learned that I don't have to be so scared to just dive in, fuck up and learn! I usually get really hard on myself when I "suck" but this taught me to be appreciative of what I CAN do and, even more, what I can accomplish when good friends are around you cheering you on.
