You guys!!!! I'm starting week two of my mass with @rpstrength and I can't even believe my body right now. I. Have. Abs. Still. I ate pizza and cookies last night. Weighed in this am at 157.4, well on my way to my goal of 170. Probably won't be able to hold onto the abs the entire time but it's real nice to see them making an appearance. Oh by the way this is AFTER a huge omelet and a bagel with cream cheese. If you haven't checked out Renaissance Periodization yet I urge you to give them a whirl.
