Fuck I love this shit. I used to make excuses as to why I wasn’t eating healthy and all that hooplah and as many did/do. But like myself, one day you’ll come to the realization that it is all necessary and that just working out hard and pushing the limits everyday isn’t what’s going to help you in the long to achieve a healthy life and enjoy it for a longer period. I started prepping meals a few years ago and yes I fell off for a couple and like I said I made excuses. But now that I’m back doing yeah sometimes it sucks but who the hell cares there are things in life we just have to deal with at times even when they suck. Prepping meals and going to the gym literally saved my life, and at times, even though it really sucks, I still love and enjoy it. Bulking then cutting? U mean allowing urself to eat crap and get fat under excuse that ur bulking?
Dont get me wrong it's ok to give your body some rest, but its not ok to get fat and to put your body through stress to peel it off later on.
The longer your body stays on higher bodyfat percentage, the harder it will be to keep bodyfat low later, because body is a complex survival mechanism with amazing memory and it will want to get back in comfortable state.
I stay in "shape" year around, its minute to minute, hour to hour, day by day process, its a lifestyle. If you do this to look good for others during summer then you are doing it for wrong reason, you should do it for yourself. To be better version of you. Live it and love it. 🙂

Receita da massa:
1 xícara de farinha de arroz integral
1 xícara de leite desnatado
1 ovo
1 colher de sopa de azeite
Sal a gosto
Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador até obter uma massa homogênea. Despeje parte da massa em uma frigideira antiaderente já aquecida e espalhe a massa movimento o cabo da frigideira, deixe dourar. Pode virar o lado quando a massa começar a se soltar.
Essa quantidade de ingredientes rendeu 2 massas, que viraram as 2 panquecas belezinhas da foto 😉
