Sooji(semolina)-3/4 cup ,Besan(chickpea flour) -1/2cup ,Carrot grated -1/2cup ,Bellpeppers-1/2cup ,Ginger -1tsp ,Green chillies -2-3 cjopped, Curd -1/2 cup ,turmeric powder -1/4 tsp ,red chilly powder -1/2 tsp, coriander powder -1tsp
Oil -3-4 tbsp ,eno fruit salt -3/4 tsp,rai -1tsp ,sessame seeds-1 tsp, jeera -1/2 tsp ,salt to taste , curry leaves 10-12
Take suji , besan and curd in a bowl add little water and make a batter ..batter should not be very thick or thin .Now add all spices ,salt and ginger , green chillies &vegetables if batter is too thick add water and keep batter aside for 10 mins .
After 10 mins put pan on heat and add eno salt in handavo mixture. Add oil in pan when oil is hot add rai , jeera , sesame seeds n keep the heat low now add handavo batter in pan and spread evenly in the pan and cover and cook for 12 mins.
When handvo is roasted from lower side and upper part is dry an dark carefully flip it out in plate . To roast other side again add oil in pan and add rai jeera , curry patta , sesame seeds and slide handvo in the pan then cover n cook again on low medium gas for 12 mins .
Serve it hot with any chutney of your choice.
