When you want to sleep in, but you also want to get your training done... You get organised and run to work 😊 did my last run before Saturday's 9km race this morning, 5 km easy + 1 km race pace + 1.5 km cool down. I'm having a crazy week at work with plenty of after hour events, and fitting a workout in is a challenge... but I am happy to have found a way to make it work. I've also had some 🍾 , which I usually don't during race week... But it's only 9km and I guess it'll be ok 😉. I'm so ready for the weekend now! Thank God it's almost Friday!!!
