Meal Prep Tips and Tricks! -
✅ Write it out! Plan your meals ahead of time and actually write our a plan for the ENTIRE week. This will save you time and food waste! You will buy only things you know you will need for your meal prep!
✅ Start small - you hate cooking or you seriously do not have time to meal prep lunch and dinner? Start with just meal prepping your snacks and breakfast. -
✅ Healthy meals do not have to be fancy! You can have protein oatmeal pancakes for dinner or a soup. When I am very busy I batch cook vegan lentil chili and eat it for four days :) -
✅ Add spices, herbs and different condiments to spice up boring meals! Ketchup and Sriracha sauce are my best friend!
✅ Freeze some meals in airtight containers. Most foods to fine frozen for a week! This way you can meal prep everything in one day if you wish and have meals ready to grab through the week.
