I get comments about my body/weight all the time especially now that I’ve had four babies so I thought if it could help someone I would share a few things I have done throughout the years to maintain... 👊🏻Stay active, I have done sports and worked out my entire life, does this mean I have always been super fit? No, but enough to maintain and feel good. The key to being consistent with exercise is to find something you enjoy and look forward to doing. So try something new and you might get hooked! 👊🏻Weigh myself fairly often, I don’t stress about numbers, but keeping a ball park range helps me to know when I need to pick it up a notch so it never gets to be more than I could handle having to lose or gain! 👊🏻Aware, I have never done a special diet,I don’t believe in a temporary fix, and believe whatever your diet is needs to be a lifestyle and something you can maintain. I am aware of what I eat, try to eat healthy (my biggest weakness) but when I do eat treats I normally will only eat the portion size and call it good. And that’s it, I don’t stress, have guilt, or worry about it. I enjoy it, limit it, and move on. 👊🏻I’m certainly not perfect and not a professional, and I am always striving to improve, but those are a few things I have made apart of my lifestyle and strive to maintain.
