the YUMMIEST tilapia i’ve ever had!! i’ve never cooked with tilapia before and I have to say I was super surprised with how well it turned out! I marinated it with a lime juice/chicken broth combination and had some roasted yellow zucchini and potatoes on the side 🤤 low calorie and so delicious

After a full day at work this is about as difficult as dinner 🍴 gets. Thanks to @yourfunctionalbody for organising the sweet potato before I got home (tonight and on many other nights!). The fish 🐟 took about 7 minutes. Otherwise less is sometimes more for your gut at the end of a busy day hence the watercress 🍀🍀and tomatoes 🍅🍅. .

Sriracha honey stir fry sauce because you guys (and @migos) had me craving stir fry when you suggested it’s how I use my ginger. It’s simple and can easily be tossed with some veggies and brown rice which is why I likeee. Don’t mind my beautiful deck back drop, and I hope everyone has a great 🍞/🌮 Tuesday☺️
•Mix 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1 tsp. water, 3 tsp. coconut sugar, 2 tsp. honey, 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh Ginger, 1 tbsp. sriracha, sprinkle of garlic powder, 2 tsp. corn starch
•Over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp ghee/coconut oil in a pan. Once hot, add 1 to 1.5 lb chicken cut into strips. Brown for about 4 min
•Pour sauce over chicken, and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until no longer pink
•toss in: steamed veggies + cashews, brown rice, sesame seeds

Day 2/80 went down this a.m. and let me tell you it was a booty burner 🍑🔥. I’m feeling muscles I didn’t even know I had. These bands are small but mighty and they make you work 😩. My FACES say it all, my trainer told me to breathe through the hurt so that’s what I focused on, lol. 😂😂 I’ll be honest the fitness portion of this program doesn’t scare me in the least bit. It’s the nutrition part that has me all over the place. My initial thoughts on where I needed to be were off so I had to revamp my whole plan.
I’m eating every 2-3 🍴 hours and I’m eating more food than ever 🍠🍓🥦🥒🥗The amount of food is a little scary as I’m not used to eating this much, but I’m trusting the process.

Pasta can be a snack.. right? I made the easiest makeshift pomodoro sauce for dinner tonight. I already had all the spices and herbs (basil leaves, thyme, parsley, garlic), so all I needed to buy was diced tomatoes and spaghetti (fresh spinach was on sale, so I decided to throw that in too 😉) The recipe is in the comments! I took my before photos last night of my back side & I truthfully DONT 🚫 want to post this. 😬I HAVE the dimps (aka cellulite) but I want everyone who sees my body and thinks it's "perfect" or who compares yourself to me to know that I'm NOT perfect. 💁🏼‍♀️I have stretch marks & some fat in unwanted areas.🙋🏼‍♀️💯 Yes I workout, I eat healthy & drinks TONS of water 💦 but I still have cellulite!
I continue to work on loving and embracing my so called “flaws” but I so badly want my supportive community to know that we don’t need to be perfect to still be beautiful!!💙🌟💙
I have cellulite and trust me I can’t say I 100% love it but I am still STRONG & BEAUTIFUL! 💪💖It makes me sad that society has made us believe we have to look a certain way to be beautiful…TBH SCREW IT!💕💯
