==========================================首先,我的油倒太多了😂因為是不沾鍋所以其實只要一點油就好,材料的部分隨意,看自己喜歡吃什麼就加什麼,一人份的烘蛋我是加兩顆蛋,其他配料就隨自己喜歡囉!花椰菜因為是買#costco 的,一大包已經煮熟冷凍所有沒有再另外炒熟只有炒熟蝦仁,如果是其他生的或不易熟的食材在加入烘蛋前記得先炒熟唷,蛋液裡可以加點鹽,完成後最上層再撒點黑胡椒就完成囉! ==========================================

Had a few friends over for a low key brunch today. Wasn't looking to spend the day cooking, so I made a really simple peach bourbon syrup over cinnamon raisin french toast💕. Plus 🥂. Syrup was from @iamafoodblog and was super simple - boil 2/3 cup brown/white sugar combo with water and bourbon, then add peaches and simmer until it Cooks down. Tasted delicious and really appreciated not having to go anywhere on a Sunday morning ☕

👩🏻‍🍳 Pancake 🥞 dEATS 👉🏼 Whisk together 3 egg whites, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 tbsp coconut flour, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Pour a couple of tablespoons of batter on a medium-high heat skillet and let cook until set. Then carefully flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Top with whatever fruit you have around and a drizzle of nut/seed butter or maple syrup! 😋💯😍 Happy Sunday babes! 😘

I am not a good baker, but this is really easy and delicious.
Fetta ricotta spinach pie
1 bunch of raw spinach chopped (tip: use everything including the steams)
200 g full fat ricotta
400 g danish fetta
spring onion finely chopped
3 sheets of puff pastry
1 egg for brushing on top
pepper to taste no need for salt since the fetta is salty.
Mix first 5 ingredients. Assemble and bake at 190C top bottom not forced air until slightly golden . The spinach wilts and it becomes watery. Switch your oven to just bottom heat 180C (pizza) until water is reduced. It takes 40 min approx.

Hello Brunch ! Organic sourdough with hummus, radish, pumpkin seeds. Smashed 🥑 with lemon, Himalayan salt, hemp seeds and sautéed mushrooms. Cold pressed 🍐 celery + 🥕 juice. 🥥 water

Now this was an amazing SUNDAY BRUNCH... omg.. So i roasted thinly sliced potatoes in some coconut oil, thyme oil, and pinch of salt. I stuffed some mushrooms with my vegan cashew cheese and garlic then put some #greenvie vegan cheese ontop. Then i stacked the potato, some avo, spinach, home pickled beetroot. It was so good. Reasonably quick to make too. 😉

It’s been a hot second since we’ve had a slowwww Saturday morning (as in just got out of bed at 1130 😜), so PANCAKES were in order on this rainy day! 🥞🥞🥞
I made us each a giant pancake because as slow as our morning is going, I wanted my pancakes NOW… but the real fun is in the toppings! I threw a glob of @anitasyogurt coconut yogurt for that tang, a fun @sunbutter drizzle for all dat creaminess, chia seeds and pepitas for extra crunch, @wildblueberries for antioxidants, and @nestletollhouse #top8free chocolate chips because, well, WHY NOT?! 🍫😍

👩🏻‍🍳 Here’s my always-evolving go-to #proteinpancake recipe:
Mash 1/3 banana 🍌 , then mix in 3 egg whites 🥚🥚🥚 + 1 tbsp each ground flax + chia seeds + a generous sprinkle of cinnamon. Let sit for at least 10 minutes. 👉🏼 Heat your pan over medium-high heat and once hot, add batter to form pancakes. Let cook for ~3 minutes, until set, then carefully flip. Make 1 giant pancake, or repeat until all batter is used! Top with allllll the deliciousness (get creative!!)
