#mealprep for the week!!! Took an hour total but I love to do meal prep "buffet" style. Egg muffins for breakfast (4= 1red 1green), reduced sodium turkey bacon (1red), whole wheat pancakes (1yellow), quinoa (1yellow), and banana popsicles (1purple, 1/2yellow, 1tsp) NOT PICTURED: carrots bagged for easy grabbing, shakeology that I drink daily, and fruit. Super easy guys and all 21 day fix approved!!!
