I've had far more than my share of easter eggs this weekend, but remember, diet is 70% of results, so to help you stay on track with your goals, here are some small egg snacks I made, that you can fill with pretty much anything you want!
How to make:
• Line a muffin tin with butter (i used olive oil spread) •depending on if you want bacon or not, cut up one piece in half and cross it over per hole in the tin
•mix eggs together and fill each hole about 3/4 of the way
•add whatever fillings you want.. spinach tomatos broccoli cheese mushrooms sausage chicken peppers etc... •put in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
