Complex is ladder so 2,3,4,5 reps each subsequent round on the SA dead, row and clean.

50 mins on the clock, work in pairs you go I go format.
Complete all exercises for 5 reps each done as 5Γ—5 before moving to next exercise.
Any remaining time - max reps 2H swings with moderate bell in reps of 10.
