WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT that waking up at 4:30am would change my life so much!
The last two days, I skipped out on my workouts and kept hitting snooze due to only 4hrs of sleep. Then I kept putting it off after work and didn’t workout for three days straight. This morning, I set aside my excuses and damn, my mindset was soooo much better. I was so much happier and ready to take on whatever challenges came my way at work (and man, did I need that more than usual today!). .
