What difference could an extra hour of sleep make in your life? Maybe quite a lot!
I'm guilty of staying up too late and not fitting in my eight hours! But getting enough sleep can reduce the risk from many diseases, help control weight, put you in a better mood ☺ as well as keep you safer - accidents happen when you are sleep deprived. Plus there's improved memory, clearer thinking AND stronger immunity ☺☺☺ Many parts of the world have already finished daylight savings, but for those in New Zealand, how about you choose to get an extra hours sleep tomorrow night when the clocks go back an hour here 😉 📷cred: @nz_my_happyplace Thanks!
