Nowadays I often see ppl trying to finesse difficult situations. Whether it applies to fitness or life. It's Humpday fitfam! Another great workout with @rochelle_avanti! Today we did a full-bodied functionality workout with lite weight. Slow descending with a explosive ascending movement. We focused mainly on core strength and her controlling the positions of her body with great deliberate movements. Her breathing has gotten MUCH better! She's beginning to be more conscious of her movements with great control. She shows this with the last exercise I had her do which was a bit more advanced being that the movements were reversed sort of speak. Single arm Pressing as she went down into the side squat bringing her into a single armed overhead squat as opposed to a squat press which is more conventional. Very proud of her progress. We always going to work on the core because it's the most important area in terms of building strength and power throughout the body! More exciting workouts/exercises to come!
