Difference between a PERFORMING ARTISTE and the SALES PERSONNEL is that; unlike the Sales Personnel, who already has a PRICE TAG attached to his/her goods considering the COST PRICE and EXPECTED PROFIT, the PERFORMING ARTISTE is selling not just his INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY/CREATIVE CONTENT to the public, he or she is also selling his PERSON to the public and that's where BRANDING comes in. BRANDING determines the MARKET VALUE of the Performing artiste.
So, as an emerging artiste, its usually very challenging and quite a process trying to get people to believe in your BRAND. Especially, when you do not have an already established platform to fasten the process, I have seen many people QUIT. I would be lying if I say that I haven't considered it myself.. It's no joke out here man.. Shii is REAL.
However, I am grateful for the growth that the CPA brand has enjoyed. We ain't where we want to be yet, but we're just so close. (Shouts out to everyone supporting) And to all the JOKERS who may want to play with the BRAND because, they think they know the MAN, desist from such ROUGH PLAYS.
