New off peak class, Soothing Slow Flow with @kuasayoga starts tomorrow at 9.30am. A breath-lead and alignment focused class designed to harmonise body and mind. Soothing Slow Flow classes feature a combination of fluid, meditative movements with strengthening, steadying holds aimed at cultivating balance in the body and peace within the mind. Suitable for beginner and intermediate level students.
Pregnant women with an existing practise are welcome to attend from 12 weeks.
