AND in bed I stayed for the entire afternoon... if getting my Day11 workout in wasn't looming over my head, I'm not sure I would've got out of bed at all.
Why? Nothing specific... just overwhelming exhaustion & a weakened spirit... it happens... it happens to the best of us... but there's no giving up😁 ❤❤Aunt Hazel❤❤

Sometimes I glow in the dark.... #allthepushups today for my last Dynamic Strength of this round of Core de Force. This is the only workout where I like to track my reps and I push harder for the second time through, however this time I focused more on form and going all the way down on my push ups and I did less than usual.
