Just a little dynamic push-up routine I do every now and then. When I can't get to the gym I like to mix it up at home and really incorporate a lot of core into my exercises. Push-ups are a fantastic exercise and a good indicator of upper body muscular endurance. Incorporating a ball or different levels help work muscle groups in the upper body not regularly hit by regular push ups. Adding in a stability portion by focusing on balancing on the 🏀ball adds AWESOME core control. Disclaimer, the first time I tried this I fell flat on my face, so it takes a little getting used to.
