We often hear the excuse “I don’t have enough time” thrown around when it comes to exercise, but the truth is there’s always time to get fit.
Doing exercise doesn’t necessarily mean going to the gym for an hours session. The great thing about exercise is that you can do them absolutely anywhere even from the comfort of your own home.
There are 24 Hours in a day and on average, 8 of those hours are already taken by sleeping which leaves you with 16 hours of the day remaining. Now you might say that you work or have a child to care for but that doesn’t limit you from adding exercise into your routine.
Lunchtime workouts are a wonderful way of re-energising your day and the break from your laptop/computer/phone is mentally re-invigorating too.
Again, working out from home has become a hit thing in recent years, from using your child as an added weight or simply copying a fitness DVD. Online programmes offer detailed advice and tips on what exercises to do and for which parts of the body meaning you don’t even have to leave your front door.
Anything is possible when you put your mind to it!
