できないことができるようになる嬉しさや、人に伝えるときの問題点を解決するためのトレーニング方法など、ワクワクが止まらない時間でした!

Improve さんの施設は、とても綺麗で学びの場としてもトレーニングの場としても最高でした。

Facing forward to the band is great but having the band and strap on your side the obliques light up like crazy 💪🏽

There is nothing more exhilarating than losing yourself in a technical descent.

The general consensus is that I am reckless when I run downhill. In truth I like to push the boundary but stay in control. Regardless of your intent there will be moments where you may stumble or lose your footing and you are challenged to present an immediate response. These are the moments I train for.

Three days of my training week are in the gym. Building strength and stability in conventional and unconventional ways provides opportunity for me to perform in the trail without compromise.
.
Practice your technique on the trails, road or track but don’t forget to build and maintain a base of strength.
