It's safe to say our stay at @dusunvillas was amazing from start to finish 😍 but with somewhere so relaxing and beautiful it's hard to maintain your fitness! You're allowed to relax and binge - you're on holiday after all - I always preach that maintaining a body and healthy lifestyle is all about balance.. BUT there are always some fun, little ways to stay in shape while you're away too 🤗
1️⃣ Patta cake plank.
Find a wall any wall!! Plank with your body facing the wall and play patta cake, lifting each arm up at a time to touch the wall. This is a great exercise using your own body weight to tone arms and maintain that core 👊
2️⃣ Go for a swim.
Holidays mean pool time. Wake up early and do a few lengths every day - it's always great to do something a little different 🤗
3️⃣ Tricep dips.
The villa steps were perfect for some tricep dips, I did 20 x 6 (with breaks in between) hard work but good fun 💪
4️⃣ Jumping squats.
Wearing a bikini all day every day means you want to maintain that bootay 🍑 Again using the villa steps or even a chair if you want more of a challenge! Try 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off for as long as you can go 🙌🏻
