A healthy Liver is like a General, able to have a vison/plan, with the courage to execute and the flexibility to adaptto problems. .
Spring is the time to emerge from our winter slumber ready to build, create and sow. The energy changes quickly, creating wind, but also creates quickly growing plants and animals from the seeds of winter. The warmth encourages us to be outside more and to reconnect or make new relationships. A time for new beginnings, reinvent yourself, try new things. Start you day early and get outside for some exercise (ie. Walk). Use this energy to plant a garden, eat leafy dark green vegetables, plan your summer harvest. .
