アイライナー、マスカラは、#DUP
以前、アイライナーとマスカラは全種類比較しましたが、
今日は、ブラックのラインをしっかり引いて
アイシャドウでぼかし、
まつ毛はボリュームタイプものでしっかり💕
ファイバー超ロングタイプも好きで、
そちらは繊維ぎっしりなので
まつ毛メインのアイメイクのときに使うことが多いです♡

So you want to get jacked as well as strong?
You've probably searched the net about what kind of routines to follow. Probably confused if you should combine heavy lifting and bodybuilding training together? "But one article says you should do a block of hypertrophy training separately to strength training". "Another article says you can combine both". "Wtf should I do that's best for my gains?" A couple of things to think about. Are you just a recreational trainee looking for both, or are you an athlete that needs to peak for an event?
Back in my boxing days I used to follow accumulation phases (more volume) followed by intensity blocks (heavy strength training) to help me peak for my fights. My goal wasn't to be strong week in week out.
If you aren't competing for an event, then in my opinion a DUP style of training is better to allow you to concurrently achieve both goals (training hypertrophy rep ranges/strength rep ranges within the same week) . If I were training a "push pull legs" system 2x weekly (6 days lifting per week), I could train the first round of push pull legs with heavier loads/intensities and then repeat the push pull legs with a more tradition bodybuilding rep range for my second round. This way every week I'm able to progress on my strength rep range as well as progress in the bodybuilding element allowing strength and size adaptations together.
I'm always getting stronger each week over time consistently since I've adopted this style of training. In the past I used to do a block of heavy lifting (4-6 weeks) separately to more volume (4-6 weeks). The biggest issue I found was everytime I went back to strength training, I lost a good % of my strength within the strength rep range and had to build my lifts all over again.
Do what is more appropriate to your current goal. There is nothing wrong with combining strength and bodybuilding together!

-TRACKING TRAINING PROGRESS CORRECTLY AND PLATEAU-
I hear many lifters, especially beginners to intermediate, who say that they've hit a plateau. But when I ask them a few questions about their current program they don't seem to be very clear.
So, before you think you've hit a training plateau make sure you track your progress correctly. What do you use to log your training? A log book, an excel spreadsheet? Do you track your volume or the load you use every week?
These are important things to consider before you can say you've really hit a plateau.

If you are already doing this and you don't seem to see any progress in 2-3 months maybe it's time to change a few things up in your program:
1️⃣ You might need to increase your training volume, for example by adding an extra set
2️⃣ Exercise Selection - perhaps you need to address some weaknesses and including a variation of a lift can help. Or just simply doing an exercises you've never done before to create a new stimulus
3️⃣increase Frequency - if you are an intermediate or advanced lifter you could try to add another session for one of your lifts
4️⃣ Make sure you track your progress correctly and you understand how to periodise your program which is very important when it comes to progress/breaking plateau/including deloads 😉

Volume keeps going down, intensity up. This may seem backwards for building muscle, but the hopes are that after next week's deload, the next mesocycle will begin at a higher volume than the previous.
