Quick workout for those weekdays when time is limited: dumbell-only back and biceps in superset with some abs, only 8 reps per set ==> Go heavy ๐Ÿ’ช

1๏ธโƒฃ Row, 3 sets of 8 reps, superset with leg raises between each set
2๏ธโƒฃ Curl superset with bent-leg jackknife
3๏ธโƒฃ Bent-arm pull-over with side v-crunch

4๏ธโƒฃ Cross-body hammer curl with hip raise

5๏ธโƒฃ One arm row with straight leg jackknife

A few months ago, I finally got tired of hating myself and wanting to cry every time I looked in the mirror. A few months ago, I watched @whitneyysimmons on YouTube and decided I'm gonna change and start getting fit. Ever since that moment, I didn't want to be skinny. I wanted to be strong. My mentality and how I view myself has totally changed (for the better). I made this channel to put myself out there, hold myself accountable, and hopefully inspire someone to take a leap and change in their life like I did. I challenge you to the leap!!!!
