Just Finished our Family Morning Cardio. Baby A slept the entire 30 minutes. Which was a first! Jump rope with some incline & Decline treadmill Sprints. #Dullarifit 👶🏽

She's been on an Herbalife nutrition program for quite some time and now inhave the pleasure and honor of helping her and coaching her to her very first bikini competition! Her Monday photo was after a yummy weekend, we incorporate some fasted cardio and totally revamped her meals and upped her water intake.
I don't think I'm going to have to do too much because ever since she locked in on eating (+ Herbalife Products), her body is taking showing massive results.

Not gonna lie, I feel pretty damn amazing at seven months pregnant and knocking out burpee's with my workout squad. Although I can't go all the way down like the rest of them, i still managed to do my part of the 250. 😂
