Eat healthy, sweat, and have heart.
I was the "big boy" in the corner of the gym with a hoodie on, because I was embarrassed to be in the main gym floor.
Working out will enhance your results, but the eating with transform you. This is what I would do for the first 3 months of my journey every morning at 5a (down 67lbs the first 3 months). Enjoy this one!
