Yaaay! Finally got some footage. Lately it’s been, “put phone on Airplane mode and kill this ish.”
Anyway, these are some my staples during leg days.
- cable squats 3x18
- half burpees deadlift (made that name up. Lol) 3x15
- pull throughs 3x15

Booty daaaays!
So, questions moms. I have major diastis recti after my two pregnancies (separation of the abs). I started waist training to help with it.
Does anyone have any other good repair ideas?

Wellllllll we did legs today!! So, look I used to be the one that would go and go super heavy and I didn’t care how I finished as long as finished. Now, yo’ girl goes in and does the heaviest I can do with proper form. That’s the mosh important tip I can give. Well, also, to get your eating right order else your just throwing your workout out the window. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I am so happy about my progress. I really get to buckle down on some things, but other than that! Yo girl is on a roll! I’ve been doing a little more HIIT on the days i miss my walking cardio and my meal plan switched today. Yay!!
The best part about this, I’m on the same journey as a lot of my clients, which always keep me accountable and excited! #dullarifit

It’s been a while since i posted a workout!!! Yay! Yesterday i attempted to workout ✌️times but Aidan has other plans for me, thank Goodness my eating has been so on point i didn’t feel THAT bad about missing it.
Today’s workout felt so good!!!
Pushed myself! Walked home feeling like superwoman. This #9weekspostpartum body is getting some work done!

Not gonna lie, I feel pretty damn amazing at seven months pregnant and knocking out burpee's with my workout squad. Although I can't go all the way down like the rest of them, i still managed to do my part of the 250. 😂
