Lately I’ve been feeling a little down in the dumps and unmotivated. The nesting vibe has not been coursing my veins today or yesterday.
That’s why I’m SO GRATEFUL for exercise and the ability to access so many different workouts. I definitely felt like a fool through some of this workout, but I love that I was able to open my iPad and easily find a low impact pregnancy friendly 25 minute workout and get it done!
I’m obviously not working out for the skinny jeans and abs right now. This is for mental/emotional benefit. Getting up and moving does wonders for your mood! 💓
