Step 1 in my plot to actually BE the kind of person who cooks a pot of beans every week.) These might be my favorite @rancho_gordo variety, cassoulet beans! Flavorful, versatile, impossibly creamy, spectacular broth. Garlicky Swiss chard and more of that Bread & Cie batard from the @littleitalymercato, and one duck leg easily fed 2 people a homey, hearty midweek meal. Beans & greens ftw!
