At the very least, do the work each day and give yourself the opportunity to succeed.
Some of my go to exercises for Back Thickness include Bent Over Barbell Row, both underhand narrow and overhand wide grip, Rack Pulls, Yates Deadlift to the shin, V Grip Cable Row, V Grip T-Bar Row and Barbell Shrugs behind the back.
