I work hard. I train hard. I am dedicated. I am committed. I stay focused. I keep motivated. I push myself. I don't give up. . . . It has taken me around 6 years of training 4-5 times per week, being SENSIBLE with my food, pushing myself at the gym, working hard to smash goals to create the body that I have today . . . NO ONE'S body is perfect, we all have imperfections and features that we don't like. However! One thing I'd like everyone to know is that you CAN make a CHANGE and get to the point where you like what you see in the mirror. The important bit is that you are happy with yourself!
