🎉GOAL REACHED! 🎉
After just over 11 weeks I hit my target of 52kg this morning (well, yesterday afternoon) and I can't actually believe I've done it! I started my journey 11 weeks ago at 57.3kg so I've lost just over 5kg. I never imagined I could get here as I've always found it tough to lose weight but with the right mind-set, focus and planning it wasn't actually as hard as I thought it was going to be.
I wanted to see how lean I could get and do it as an experiment to show that you can lose weight with a balanced, calorie and macro controlled diet and training alone. I've used no fat strippers, crazy shake's or anything else just plain old food and exercise.
As you may have seen from my stories, Ive been slowly decreasing my calories and keeping an eye on my macros throughout the past 11 weeks and as predicted (albeit 1 week early) I hit my goal.
Never think that you can't achieve something because if you want it bad enough, you will find a way. Yes there will be ups and downs and you will have tough days - I certainly have, but when you reach your goal it's the best feeling!
