First proper gym session back yesterday. Feeling so strong (probably because of all the food we ate on holidays @craigjosullivan) . .
Got a lot of questions on how we stayed so lean on holidays while eating what we want.
1. We trained most days- our sessions weren’t as intense as usual but we still managed to get a session in most days
2. We were intermittent fasting. We trained fasted in the mornings which meant put first meal wasn’t until 2pm in the day. This gave us more leeway at night time when we knew we’d be eating out 🙌🏼 3. We kept our N.E.A.T (non exercise activity thermogenesis) which basically means we were super active outside of our gym sessions. Everyday we planned to do something fun which involved us moving around (jet skiing/ swimming, paddle boarding)🐠
4. We kept our protein intakes up with @phdnutritionuk 🙌🏼
We’re both really active people so we manage to enjoy our holiday while sticking (relatively) to our training routines 🙌🏼
