📍300lb Deadlift for a 109lb girl📍 •
Only 1 1/2 weeks out & this is the weight I’m lifting🙌🏻. Took me a while to get it off the floor & I wanted to just drop it ... BUT I was like nope! I got to PUSH HARD right through the lift & give it my all! Ahhh I CAN’T WAIT to see how much more I’ll be able to lift & EAT 🍕🍩next weekend✨😊 I’m SO ready to break some meet PR’s🏋🏻♀️.
