2nd attempt: ⚪️⚪️⚪️ 112.5 kgs (248 lbs)
3rd attempt: ⚪️⚪️⚪️ 120 kgs (264 lbs)
They all felt good. Was hoping to get 275 but I'll take the PR at 264 💪🏼🏋🏻♀️ I've struggled a lot this cycle for squats from knee and hip flexor pain to bracing my core and breathing. I surprised myself ... I think I'm starting to like squats 🤔 .
