Despite being eager to head back to the gym, training PO has been a lot more difficult than I hoped it would be. This is because I'm restricted to the exercises that I'm allowed to do, as well as not being able to lift heavier weights.
I'm feeling super weak and unmotivated whilst comparing myself to pre-surgery. My negative mindset is telling me that my decrease in strength won't allow me to reach my 2017 goals. 😭
I have to constantly remind myself that I am still healing and it's unrealistic to be training the same so soon.
