I've been getting some DM's about hair and beauty advice and whilst I'm no expert or a blogger, I am happy to share my views in my posts. If any (ladies) have any questions, feel free to DM and I'll try and answer them in my posts. One recent DM I got was about skincare advice which I'll answer in this post.
I have combination skin so I cleanse, tone and moisturise religiously twice a day. I also use a hydrating serum. The products I use are from The Dermaquest skincare range, which I bought from @dr_leah_clinics in Moorgate London, although you can buy these online also. They are pricey but worth it if you have combination/oily skin. I use the daily essential cleanser, BHA cleanser once or twice a week and the B5 hydrating serum twice a day.
Alongside my routine I try to get regular microdermabrasion sessions in. If you've never had this done I highly recommend it- it's like a deep exfoliating procedure and is amazing to Slough away dead skin. Once in a while I may go for a light Glycolic or Salicylic skin peel which give me a smooth finish and glow but always be cautious when getting these done and speak to a dermatologist before trying such skincare procedures. Too many can dry out your skin.
