#littleknownfact about me: I rarely eat cooked veggies. I prefer raw, and mostly carrots, cucumbers, and avocados. Not a huge variety there. So, last week when someone asked how I can get five servings of veggies in a day, I said I drink them, #greensuperfood. Also, #zucchinibread. 😂 I do love a good salad, but I lack a personal chef and drinking my veggies is so much less work. Got any amazing recipes that can sway me?
