*I realized that I accidentally posted this picture the other day without any caption. Odd.* I am often asked if we "just drink all our food" since we drink shakes... The answer is: oh heaven's no!
I took pictures of all I ate in a typical day- two snacks I chew, one dinner that I try to keep healthy and simple, a little sweet splurge, and two shakes (this day was vegan blueberry chai for breakfast and peanut butter cup for lunch). We choose to drink shakes for two meals a day because they make us feel amazing, are super convenient, and taste so dang yummy!
