What is one of the first things I do when I wake up? Drink WATER 💦. I also try to make sure I drink adequate amounts of it throughout the day. (Some days are better than others I will admit!) It helps to have an easy to drink water bottle handy of course, so I encourage to find a good one! Even if you don't feel thirsty, you just went (possibly) 8 hours without drinking any water. 😴.
