Gym. Ok-ish. Yoga. Stiff as a stick. Even after yoga. Things can only get better. Quick rant. Why do men have problems putting away weights after using them? Surely they are in the gym to lift heavy stuff? Today a guy did shoulder exercises using the 5 kilo weights. When he was done he left them on the floor and just walked off. The bench press seems to be very difficult to clear of weights as well. Sorry, but don't get it and it annoys me a bit. More yoga maybe?
