Don't sleep near electronics. Wi-fi and all the gadgets we have these days give them an excuse to put up more towers, all which contribute to less enjoyable sleep, less lucid dreaming, and more stress/anxiety.
Get an old school alarm clock, turn the phone off or put on airplane mode ✈️. One of these under your bed or on your nightstand will help considerably, too. 😉
