Reverse back hyper extension ham/glute raise- controlled negatives with a pause on the top of the contraction!
lay down reverse on the hyperextension grabbing onto where your heels normally hook in. Then put enough bend in your leg and point toes enough that DB sits secure on the bottom of your feet.
Once locked in press straight up driving through the heels and squeezing the glutes. Hammies, although aren't doing an actual curl with be burning the entire time due to holding that bend in the legs! I felt these like crazy in the insertion point of he hammy/glute tie in!
