90° angle tricep cable kick out-using single grip handles for double reverse grip extensions -
Angle your arms 90° out from your body instead of tucked in! Can't go to heavy on these, but when you limit upper arm movement you don't need much weight at all!
Controlled reps no matter what, but getting a
1-2 second pause at the top of each rep!
