In late October in the midst of the night.
The fog spreads out giving out a foggy
Walking though the mist the cries of a young
Women could be heard,
"Mi hijo donde estas!!" She yells
Unable to bear the fact she has lost
She roams though the night causing
Misfortune to those who cross her
If you ever come across her you are to
Run or face your consequence
If you cry remember she'll come
La llorona roams the earth for eternity searching
For her lost children so
This is also a pretty good
Story to tell young kids. (Mostly to teach them to behave)
Happy super late Halloween 😂💔
Instagram literally would not allow me to post this 😩 till now. It kept deleting it. I now understand why some people despise Instagram
Anyways here's a little info as to why I
Chose la llorona to sketch
When I was younger my uncle once told us the story of la llorona. Once Mostly cause my sister and I wouldn't stop crying
And In order to get us to stop he told us a
Story with la llorona (changing some of the sentences in order to make it more terrifying)
We stop crying and we were so scare we didn't cry anymore afterwards. I was 8 and my sister was 6 yrs old.😂 my uncle was the real boogeyman.
Idk why but Hispanics just love to scare the hell out of their kids.😐
Also this folktale originally from Mexico but the tale is. Very known throughout Hispanics.
Ps. I'm Puerto Rican 🇵🇷🤗
Also this is lizabeth portraying la llorona (Halloween costume)
Also I am very familiar with the folk tale.
